- Enhanced Voicemail
- Our enhanced voicemail system is designed with customization and usability in mind. Check your voicemail via either your
phone, web browser, or email via the touch-of-a-button.
- Call Hunt
- Never miss a call again by having us forward your incoming calls to up to 5 different numbers. Call Hunt allows you to set a
list of numbers to try and call if no one answers an incoming call to your phone. The numbers will be called in the order they are entered, and the system will wait the specified time before moving
on to the next listed number.
- Call Record
- Record any of your conversations and have the recording delivered to your phone as voicemail. Never miss important information
again!
- Anonymous Call Block
- Avoid unwanted calls by choosing to reject all incoming calls that have their Caller ID set to 'anonymous'.
- Custom Call Routing
- This feature allows you to set specific routes to incoming calls. Once set, when the caller places an incoming call to your
number, they will be sent to the location specified.
- Speed Dial
- This feature allows you to set your speed dial numbers on the web.
- Call Broadcast
- Need to relay information quickly and reliably to a group of people without the hassle of calling them all? Use Call
Broadcasting feature to send out a message simultaneously to up to 30 people.
- Custom Caller ID w/Name
- Custom Caller ID allows you to set whatever Caller ID you would like for specific numbers that call your home.
- Softphone Access
- Softphone access allows you to run a program on your computer that enables you to use your desktop or laptop as a
telephone.
- Distinctive Ring
- This feature allows you to set a specific ring pattern to identify that a certain person is calling.
- Web-Based Call Logs
- Whether you want to review your monthly billing information or just see who the family has been talking to, all of your phone
logs including who, where, when, and for how long, are available for real time viewing via your web-based administration account.
- Call Alarm
- Set dates and times in the call alarm system for reminders and your phone will automatically be called. Once answered, the
reminder message you selected will be played back over the line.
- Do Not Disturb
- Do Not Disturb will route all calls to an alternate location (Voicemail, Busy, Message, Forward) for the time period specified.
- E911 Support
- Configure the enhanced 911 address on file for your phone lines quickly and easily through the control panel.
- Operator Services
- Traditional operator services are available. Simply pick up your receiver and dial '0'.
- Call Waiting
- Never miss a call again with our easy-to-use call waiting feature. Call waiting allows you to put the 1st call on hold while
you answer the 2nd, and switch back and fourth seamlessly.
- Call Forwarding
- This feature allows you to set several different forwarding options.
- Simultaneous Ring
- Simultaneous Ring will automatically ring the numbers specified at the same time it rings your line. Whichever phone picks up
first is connected to the call.
- On-The-Go
- Bring your VoIP adapter anywhere you have access to a high speed Internet connection, and your service will work like it was at
home.
- Incoming Caller ID w/Name
- All incoming calls will show the complete Caller ID information, including name & number when available.
- Outgoing Caller ID w/Name

- Network Down Forward

- Internet Forward
- Forward your calls to another Internet-based SIP address via your control panel.

- Return a call to the last incoming caller simply by dialing *69.

- 3-Way Calling

- All lines come with free access to 411 directory services via your phone.

- Anonymous Call Authentication
- Avoid automated anonymous calls by making anonymous callers enter a series of numbers to complete their call to you.
- Caller ID Privacy Exception List
- Block your outgoing Caller ID information to everyone except people on this list.

Add On Features:
- Virtual Phone Number
- A Virtual Phone Number allows you to have a 2nd phone number in a different or the same area code, that rings to the same line
as your main number. This is great for allowing someone across the country to call you 'locally' so they do not incur long distance charges.
- Toll-Free Service
- Toll-free phone numbers are available for an additional fee.
- Fax
